Shipping Summary
Orders placed on the Cavella Bags website are subject to a daily cut-off time of 16:00 GMT. Orders are processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday), followed by a shipping transit period of 4–5 days (Monday to Friday). The estimated total delivery timeframe is 5–8 business days.

Shipping Coverage and Costs
Cavella Bags ships orders within the United Kingdom only. All orders are shipped free of charge. The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Processing and Tracking
After an order is placed and payment is successfully authorised, a confirmation email is sent. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details is provided, allowing you to follow the shipment through delivery.

Delivery Address Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We're not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, allow an additional 3 business days. If your order still has not arrived, contact support@cavellabags.com for assistance.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by contacting support at support@cavellabags.com before processing. After the order has been processed, cancellations are not possible; and the order must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@cavellabags.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and its packaging. Once the request is reviewed, you can request a replacement or a full refund.
